Where to write when something will not play, and what you can fix in a minute without waiting for an answer.

This is a translation. The Czech version of this document is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech wording prevails.

Meditee is operated by {{DOPLNIT: obchodní jméno}}, Company ID (IČO) {{DOPLNIT: IČO}}, registered office at {{DOPLNIT: sídlo}}. There is no call centre behind the app — the person who wrote it reads and answers the mail.

Postal address: {{DOPLNIT: poštovní adresa pro podporu}}. We have no phone line — everything goes through e-mail so there is a record we can go back to.

2. Common things you can fix yourself

3. When you report a bug

What helps us most:

A screenshot is welcome. We will never ask you for your password.

4. If you are not happy

Write to us and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot agree, consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz), the out-of-court body for consumer disputes, or to the European online dispute resolution platform.

Data protection is supervised by the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

5. One important note

Meditee support is technical. We are not clinicians and we cannot help with anxiety, insomnia or a crisis. If you need someone right now, call your local crisis line — in the Czech Republic 116 123 (free, 24/7), or 112 if life is in danger.
